When I worked on Kuba Ka US recordings I saw Kuba as a very creative artist constantly expanding and exploring the boundaries of his talent. We helped him develop his first US appearances to support the publicity around his recordings. He was always ready and willing to work. He was always trying to be epic in all his endeavors.


I understood Kuba; he had the spirit of hospitality which he made people feel comfortable. He just wanted to spread this gift. He was trying to find a media or method that could reach the most people possible to share his special gift.
